Introduces Experience Requirement and Assessment of Experience
The Human Resources Professionals Association
of Ontario has announced it is introducing a mandatory experience
requirement as well as an assessment of experience, and that it
will be phasing out its use of the National Professional Practice
Assessment® (NPPA). HRANB will be working with Canadian Council
of Human Resources Associations to evaluate the impact of this change
on the CHRP designation.
