When is banter over the top? How far can it go? When is a joke not a joke? Can you have fun at work? Are you abusing your authority? Are people too sensitive? Who is the reasonable person?

Sally Wells DiCarlo is a workplace consultant based in Fredericton. Her professional background is social work and law. She can be found in steel toe boots and a hard hat or in a boardroom with suits or any workplace near you.
